Chapter Thirteen
In this chapter, we learn that one of the ways that Devon and Caitlin connected was through their shared appreciation for the movie, To Kill a Mockingbird. Why was this particular movie so special to them? In what ways were they similar to the characters in the film? Be sure to use specific evidence from the text when responding.

I think that Caitlin looked like scout because when she was 7 years old Devon cut her hair to look like scout's hair and Devon looked like Jem because he had the same hair cut and the look of their eyes were very similar. this movie was special because it was Devon's favorite movie.
ReplyDeletei think the movie was spiecal to them because they are alike and they watched it together. they are alike with the characters in the movie because it says that the lady has trouble with direction like her and it says that devon looked like a jem like the character named jem in the movie

I think the movie is special to them because Caitlin looked like Scout when Devon cut her hair, and Devon is like Jem because Jem took care of Scout like Devon would take care of Caitlin if he needed to.
